You can if you get the absolutely BEST players in the NBA & put them on a team which is something that hasnt been done in quite a while.

Thats sounds about right. They just aren't there yet. Also depending on what team they play.

Chances are if they make the playoffs they will be playing on the road against a better opponent, Phoenix, SanAntonio, Dallas, LAClippers and the winner are all better on paper, so they should be one and done.

At least hockey is hockey no matter what level its played on. In the NBA they travel on every possesion and its never called, no defense is ever played. No team should score 120+ points. I would take college basketball over the NBA any day.

Other than that you can't play in the NBA if you don't play defense. They called more walks last year than ever before. Why does Patrick Ewing in 94' still mean that people walk every play now?????????? Hockey is bad on every level.

Everyone thinks they don't play D in the NBA. I for one don't buy it. Go see a game and you will understand how these guys get easy basketball sometimes. They are so amazingly athletic its almost impossible to stop sometimes. How do you think Kobe scored 81? It wasn't because they weren't playing D. I know you will say well the defenders are just as athletic. Yes that is true but its a lot harder to stay in front of a guy coming at you then it is to stop them.

The rules are against D a little more now too. People complained when the games were low scoring when they could hand check and such, and now they complain there is no D when they change the rules up to get more O. You cant have it both ways, which way is it?
