October 29, 200619 yr I'm by no means an Ohio State fan, I own no Ohio State clothing or anything but I could watch Troy Smith throw the deep ball all day long. Just his form is so nice I could watch it all day. Gonna be a HECK of a game when the Buckeyes and Wolverines clash. Is the game at Michigan or Ohio State I can't remember? It's in the arm pit of Ohio...
October 29, 200619 yr It's in the arm pit of Ohio... I'm trying to be nice but you make it very difficult!!!!:  Go ahead and take your shots now, it may be the only chance you get.:bunny:

October 29, 200619 yr If you like it so much, why do you live in KY??? How are you so sure I live in Ky? and what does where I live have to do with anything?
October 29, 200619 yr Does anybody think Glenn Mason needs to go at Minnesota? They are always a good running team (translate: boring), but they pass like its 1934. It seems like the Gophers never finish better than 7-4, and they sprinkle in numerous 4-7, 5-6, etc. Mason has been there ten years and I really don't think they're any better now than the day he arrived.
October 29, 200619 yr Glenn Mason will be there in future; talent wise he is down this year; hopefully, he has a decent recruiting class coming in next season and will be given more support because he's a class-act coach. As for the Bucks they couldn't be stopped yesturday. Pittman ran all over field for 100+ yards and 2 TD's and Troy Smith was as consistant as he's been all year. Only dark spot were Smiths' and Beany Wells' fumbles. AJ Trapasso sat the bench the whole game - always good when you're the punter and Aaron Pettrey nailed his only field goal attempt and was 4/5 on PATs. Defensively, The Bucks recorded their first shutout of the season and didn't allow Minnesota past the 50 until the 4th quarter - and that was because of a muffed punt by Malcolm Jenkins. They also had another INT and a few fumble recoveries. HOWEVER, the highlight of the day was OSU alumnus and professional golfing great Jack Nicklous dotting the "i" in Script Ohio at halftime. Nicklous was just the fifth nonband member to be given the honor. The others are the late actor/comdian Bob Hope, former Ohio State football coach Woody Hayes, former OSU ticket director Bob Ries and former university president Novice Fawcett. *pictures to follow soon! :thumb:
October 29, 200619 yr If OSU doesnt win the National Championship they should consider the season a dissapointment. They have just been rollin all season long and are clearly a level better than everyone else.

They have just been rollin all season long and are clearly a level better than everyone else. I am sure their coaching staff & players have that same mindset right now. I wouldn't call their season a dissapointment if they don't win it all. They really have overachieved. Very few thought they would be as good defensively as they are. It has been fun watching them play. Go Bucks!!!
October 29, 200619 yr Does anyone think that the loser of the OSU vs. U of M game has a shot of still going to the title game over an unbeaten WVU or U of L? I feel like that could happen if it were to be a close hard fought game. Look at the BCS points right now and yes I do know they would change but I do think this is a real possibility. Of course they both would have to be undefeated at that point.

The game with the team up North will be a great game to watch especially when all the marbles could be on the line.

The computers would still have them at 1 & 2 if it's a close game IMO...

October 30, 200619 yr It would hinge on the two human polls. The computers would still have them at 1 & 2 if it's a close game IMO... I hope you are right GT. IMO the two best college teams in the country are OSU & Mich. Regardless who wins the head to head ,the game should be a great one.
