So at this point we don't know what Urban knew or what he knew...also we don't know what he did with the info if he did know?

If he knew Zach was still beating his wife and did not fire Zach, I would want Urban fired. It would not matter who he told unless he was simply waiting for some internal investigation to be completed before cutting ZS loose. If he did report it and they (the school) decided not to fire ZS and instead try to sweep it under the rug, then everyone needs to be fired.

 

What I think will happen...

 

If he reported it to his superiors he won't be fired. They will say he met his obligation yada yada yada.

If he did not report it they have to fire him.

 

Ultimately I expect not much of anything to happen.
