Now I'm going to ask the question that shouldn't have to be asked...but I've seen it come into play before...but how does this get around Title IX? Many, many years ago I remember there was a school that had a fantastic baseball field/complex put in (thru donors), and because the school didn't have the money to do something similar for the girls...had to have the baseball complex tore down.

My understanding is, Pikeville's football complex is not owned by the school, but the city, and it is titled as a "City Park". Is this correct Pike County people?
