How many seniors do Estill and Powell have? How good were their JV teams this year?

Estill had seven seniors and Powell had eleven I think. Estill didnt have a Jv schedule this year cause we started 8 soph on offense or defense every game. I know that at least 6 went both ways every game this year. But we are getting older every day.

How many players did each team have to close out the season?

Estill had 24 or 25. Powell may have had a little more. Powell had 10 seniors tonight.

I look for good things out of Estill next year. Some of those sophmores can play.

There will be a lot of high expectations for Estill County this year, especially from the Estill players. Ending the season on such a high note by winning 3 of their last 4 has the Engineers feeling good about themselves, as they should be.

I think grades 9-12 actually ended with 26, but the 8th grade team finished

4-3 if i'm not mistaken.

What's the eighth-grade team look like in numbers and record?

The eighth grade finished with 24 kids. They were 4-3, but came close in every game they played. They like to hit, and have two kids that will be tough to stop running the ball in that double wing. The most difficult part will be getting the kids to play next year. Seems like several drop off between 8th-9th grade.
