AM I EVIL? Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Newport Central Catholic guard, Brennen Hall, has committed to Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. OLLU is a Catholic university that competes at NAIA D1 level. Congratulations and best of luck to Brennen!
TAC Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Congrats to Brennen! Have they announced the new coach? The website showed the position was vacant.
CAP Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Congratulations to an outstanding young man and a very, very good basketball player. What other offers did he get and where? How did a team from San Antonio find him? Just seems like a long way to go with all the schools within 3 hours of where he lives?
Runcible Owl Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Outstanding! Congratulations Brennen. Go Saints!

Probably same way a NAIA D1 school in Oskaloosa Iowa (William Penn University) found a player that graduated from Holy Cross last year. They seen video and liked what they saw. Just my guess

To be honest I think too many schools in KY do a poor job of recruiting in-state talent at all levels of college basketball.
#99 Posted April 15, 2018 Posted April 15, 2018 I should have included congrats to him for going on with schooling and basketball.
