Thoughts and Predictions? I think Pikeville will beat them but I hope my Tigers come out with a win on Senior Night and force a 3 way tie for 1st. If that happens how would the tiebreaker go? I believe it would favor Pikeville.

Pikeville by a lot if they come in fired up and a dogfight if they are flat.

Paintsville's offense has struggled primilary all season and I dont look for that to change. Pikeville has to many athletes on both sides of the ball and should dominate this game from the start. My prediction:

Pikeville is easily the most sporadic team in the state in my opinion. There have been times that they have looked like an elite team that can compete for a state title...then there are times that they struggle with Jenkins and Phelps....

Paintsville will come out and play tough early cause this is a rivalry game and Paintsville has something to play for in forcing a three way tie in the district. But IMO Pikeville has too much talent,speed,and strength for the tigers to match up with them.

Believe it or not I can read. You are correct, I have not seen either team. I can not name five players on the rosters without researching the teams.

 

That said, I look at all of the games being played each weekend, look at prior wins and losses, search local papers for articles on the teams, and review posts here on this board. I then pick which games I would like to comment on. I do not only pick upsets. You obviously have not seen all of my posts.

 

I enjoy looking at games I can not get to and pick a winner or loser. I am sorry that you feel I am unqualified to pick games in which you may have more of an interest or knowledge.

 

I love highschool football and attend a game every Friday. I did not know I was only allowed to comment on certain games in which I have total knowledge.
