Highlands way to low, 2 or third IMO.They handled NDA in a AAU game this summer.

??, is Niemer playing bball? AAU game, I will take NDA during the high school season!!

If Boone stays healthy, they will be hard to beat.

I will take Klei as the top player due to the fact she plays every game w/the same intensity, all out full speed ahead.

cooyb25, thanks!

3ptshooter, I agree with you on Klei plays hard all the time but sometimes I think she tries to hard to carry the team. She is one of those streaky shooters and when she is off the rest of the team is not ready to carry the load. Cundiff IMO will be the key to that teams success. She is very formidable in the middle and will be hard to stop if they get her the ball.

I have the good fortune or maybe not of knowing Tamarra Sneed very well she is talent wise the best in the 9th region. The problem is being that talented she doesn't push herself hard enough and that is her downfall. I know from personal expierience that she gets frustrated that she does not have the talent around her that some of these other schools have and she can't showcase her talent. Trying to make a high school girl understand that people can see her abilities even while they are losing is hard pill to swallow.

I also agree if Boone can keep their chemistry with all that talent on the team they will be hard to beat, but Notre Dame was in this exact same spot last year and we saw what happened there. Its a long season and everybody will be gunning for them I hope they stay healthy and return to Western.

Yes, it was AAU but it was Varsity roster vs.Varsity roster and it was

not even close.

With the talent Boone has anything short of a state title game appearence

in the next 3 years would be a disappointment.IMO!

Boone has 4 out of 10 top players on one team, wow.

They definetly have the bullseye on them for the next few years.

Thank you for spelling Pendleton County correctly. BTW, they win the district this year.

Nice list of top 10 players and your top 10 is pretty right on too.

So do they give random drug tests at your work place? If not, they need to start. Pendleton will not win the District.

Second Chair's View of the top teams seems to be pretty accurate. Some questions for this upcoming season?

Can Coach Buser and the Lady Royals break on through to the Sweet 16 after knocking on that regional championship door the past couple of years?

Will Montgomery County give Coach High a Sweet 16 sendoff to retirement?

Does Harrison County relinquish their strangle hold over the 37th district?

Does anyone challenge Brossart in the 37th?

Should be another great year in what I feel is the best region of girls basketball in the state, but I can be partial!

I agree w/U REACH I TEACH that Tara Kauinui is very under-rated in this region. She is one heckuva athlete, got a real nose for the ball.

Very partial to say the least.

I would have to think the 16th is on par or maybe even better than the 10th.
