Grady Cramer will be the top returning QB in NKY write it down.

SK will have Caleb Farfsing a Sr. to be is a dull threat can run and pass. They also have Sophomore to be Reed Carmony he is a really good qb. Carmony saw action in the first game last year against Meade County he took a few snaps. He will be fun to watch develop the next few years.

What makes you think that the incoming 10th grader will be the qb at HHS for two years. I am sure the incoming jr just isn’t going to give him the job. He will have his chance to earn it. As for the 2018 QB anyone who knows Cramer how should have played all year this year will be the best QB in NKY this coming season.

Hergott is a stud i believe he is already 6'4 it should be a good qb battle.

Never said he wasn’t a stud and a great kid. he may get to 6’4 his senior year. Right now he’s about 6’2. It’s going to fun the next 2 years. But the thread is 2018 QB and that is Cramer hands down.

I saw the CovCath vs SK freshman game this past season and Carmony was taken out of the game with SK down. The QB that came in brought SK back and I believe that CovCath won by 6 after being up 20-0 at half. Don't know the SK kids name but he looked like a nice QB as well. Could be interesting if he is thrown in the mix as well at SK. He also played WR in that game.

That Jeremiah Lee lives out of state, and I doubt Randy names a kid after his brother. Lol...

Carmony dressed most of the SK varsity and JV games. He didn't play many Freshman games.

I was told by an SK parent that he was dropped back to freshman because he wasn't getting playing time on JV and that he had played about half of the freshman season.

Agreed Cramer was impressive! I like his moxy! The other two will be strong as well! That is not a position I am worried about for HHS for 3 years.

Here's a few more names to throw out there:

 

Tyler MacDonald-Bishop Brossart

Chad Ohmer-Scott

Paul Kremer-Newport Central Catholic

Jared Hicks-Conner

 

-I think MacDonald has the most yards of any returning QB in NKY. Looses a couple of top receivers though for this upcoming year.

-Wonder if Ohmer will get more chances to throw or if Scott stays dedicated to the run?

-Will NCC open up the passing game with a new coach? Obviously Kelly will get the ball a bunch but they have some good talent returning at outside skill positions.

-Hicks played some QB early in the year this past season but moved to receiver to fill a hole because of injury. He can make plays with his arm or legs.

 

Overall, not a lot of returning starting QB's in NKY for next year. I tried to look at all the teams and there's not many past the ones mentioned here or earlier in the thread.

I believe there is a relation to the kid at Cov Cath to the one of the coaches. That I am sure will help the development of that young QB

 

I think that young Cov Cath QB of relation lives in Fort Thomas.

I'll echo this: Cramer will be the stud QB in NKY next year. He will dazzle!
