Or at least one or two points more than what CovCath did :D to S.O. don't you think? Of course CovCath will try and beat Grant County by a point or two more than the team from Ft. Thomas did too... :thumb:

The good thing is that this is the last year that HHS and CCH only have to worry about one district game each season. With the exception of CoachJ's Oldham County team a few years ago, the district has been a one-game season.

It still won't be that hard of a district next year. Who all is in it? Conner, Dixie, Cov Cath, Highlands, Ryle, Holmes? Am I missing anybody?

Conner and Ryle aren't in it. Scott is though.....

Dixie beat holmes soundly, as we did with Dixie. So that leaves Highlands, Cov Cath and Scott in it. And I don't believe Scott has enough in them to beat either one of these teams.

HHS and CCH will now have Dixie later in the season. According to SM32 et al, Dixie is a slow starting team. Add in that , at least next season, Dixie will be a senior-laden team and I'd expect them to perform better against both HHS and CCH later in the season. Heck, they'll be favored over CCH next season.
