Deuces22 Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Good point, proves that scores can be controlled. Male coach did a nice job within the situation of not overdoing it. He went to his 8-12 players when he should have. Their big and long and with 2 NDA starters on a thin team to begin, with cant play, it meant a long first half. To NDA credit some played very hard till the end and did outplay their 8-12 the second half. If the running clock was not in effect NDA would have outscored their 8-12 much more. Male has a nice team especially in their own gym. It was handled with respect by their coach..
PP1 Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 You quoted me but I don't see a question. It was a mention. It was not a quote.
BIGZIG Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 You quoted me but I don't see a question. I'm lost. My bad
True blue (and gold) Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 It was a mention. It was not a quote. Yep. What did you want from us?
PP1 Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Yep. What did you want from us? Nothing important. Nevermind.
BirdBrain Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 You quoted me but I don't see a question. I'm lost. My bad Yep. What did you want from us? Apparently acknowledgement that teams can keep the ball from another team when they are up big.....(see HC / Beechwood thread). It doesn't matter because that's not what the argument was, but rather a difference of perception of "running up the score" as a means to humiliate a team. There will be no changing any minds on this one.....

Lawnboy13 Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 I work with ND head coach Mia Cooper's dad, he said Mia was not happy with the starters effort and "yanked" all of them. Practice the next day could not have been fun.
