Clemson-USC, OK-Auburn, Georgia-Wisconsin and Bama-OSU How could anyone NOT like an 8 team playoff??? Fantastic! Would be an absolute blast! Everyone keeps talking about the extra game everyone would have to play. It would be 1 more game for 2 teams. I mean come on. This needs to get done.

IMO, the beat down they took from ND is sticking with the committee. I would have put them above Auburn but 7 vs 8, does it really matter.
December 12, 20178 yr You serious? Bends over backwards for the Big 10? The Big 10 doesn't have a team in the playoff. Also El Diablo meet Virginia Tech, Virginia Tech meet El Diablo. There is no Big10 team this year because they didn't want repeat the terrible mistake they made last year. Plus they put Bama in this year with the same reasoning they put OSU in last year. They knew that OSU would be destroyed by whatever other playoff team they played. The Big10 just isn't what it used to be. So you have a theory that Virginia Tech was ranked high before they played Clemson to make Clemson look good? You really believe that? They just aren't that good at ranking man....
