It was friendly banter during a timeout. He later turned it into something else. It was #2. He was even told that he was having a good game and "good job".

And I'm not a parent, just an alum and fan.

He was told "nice tackle" by my friend. He acknowledged the comment by responding with a thumbs up. I thought that was it.

Later he was told he was having a Good game (during a timeout). He turned and said "thanks man". When we got to a running clock, I said "keep your head up bud" to which he responded with some mouthing and was pulled by his teammates. His mom later approached me, I explained what went down, and she thanked the Trinity program for being good hosts.

My nephew plays for Bullitt Central, he went through the same emotions last night against CovCath. I would never purposefully discourage or pick on a kid playing a game. Much less a kid playing as hard with as much heart as #2.

Try playing the game next time instead of responding to opposing fans, then there won't be a misunderstanding.

Trinity has 700 reserved seats to hustle at $10.00 each. Season ticket holders were being made aware they need to purchase by Tuesday or the seats go on sale to general public on Wednesday. There is no "polite" way to beat anyone 51-13. Simon Kenton was killing Ballard 38-6 at the time. Again, your feelings are hurt. Only Dixie Heights and Highlands own victories over the Shamrocks from the northern Kentucky area.

You do have a terrific wrestling program.

Really, CC facility looks pretty good with tax dollars from public and private school families. Not to mention the several million dollar indoor facility that is being built or is done by now, give me a break.

There have been a few comments on the Trinity secondary. It is up to the coaches and players to adapt to the way the game is being called. They did, but it took a while. I thought that the way the officials called the game in the secondary was strange. It looked to me that any contact initiated by the defense on the offense was defensive interference. It also looked like any amount of pushing off by the offense was let go. I repeat, it is up to the coaches and players to adapt. Maybe the coaches should consider getting game film on the officials to see how they call the game and be ready for it from the start.

I agree with the comment in post 56 about the pass interference calls.

Logan is definitely a special athlete with quite the reputation as a hard hitting safety. He has a chance to be a monster next year with some time in the weight room.
