Male needs to get the St. Xavier monkey off their backs. In 2016, the Bulldogs fell to the Tigers on two occasions 31-21. Male is 7-1 and the Tigers are 6-1 in 2017. Male has won four in a row since their 22-0 loss to Trinity. St. Xavier beat Manual by 22 the week after being shutout 28-0 by the Rocks. I like the Bulldogs defense in this one. I believe it will be a seven point game, 21-14 in favor of Male.

I'm going with the Bulldogs in this one. Maybe the premier matchup across the state this week.

Thought this was going to be a fairly easy win for X early in the season. Still think X wins, but not as easy as I initially thought.

X just gave up 34 to Manual. I believe Male is better than the Crimsons.

Also scored 56 on Manual. Most points they gave up before was 19. I believe it will be close game.

When Trinity played Male the Bulldogs didn't seem to have the swagger they've had recently. When Trinity played X they came out fired up but their O couldn't match up with Trinity's D. If Male uses their athleticism, and I really don't think they did that against Trinity, they can get the win. If they try to play the more conservative game they did against Trinity then X will win.
