Shane Sizemore is done for season according to his dad. Will have surgery in about 3 weeks. Talk to jalen lofton he told me he should be ready this week.

MC has a pretty solid kicker for PATs. I think he's only missed one all year. So I think I would have taken my chances in OT, but Coach Thomas thought going for win was their best option. Lack of depth is what is killing MC. They are just flat worn out by the end of the game. Many players are having to play virtually the whole game both ways.

Kicker missed the first PAT, several people on the PAT had to change with the injuries during the game so it’s either try a PAT with freshmen on the wings, and a new long snapper; or go for the win with your best 11 on the field.

It will be tough. First, Mason needs to win out vs Harrison and Holmes (which should happen). The first scenario to get in would be for Bourbon to lose their last 3 district games to Holmes, Scott and Harrison. If that happens, Scott wins the District (as they would have beaten Bourbon and Mason, and Scott's game against Holmes means nothing)and Mason is the two as they would have a better district record than Bourbon. The other scenario starts again with Mason winning out. Bourbon would have to beat Scott and lose to Harrison and Holmes, AND Scott would have to lose to Holmes. That would put Mason, Scott and Bourbon in the convoluted tiebreaker, and even then they still might not finish top two. Either way, both scenarios are pretty unlikely, as Scott and Bourbon should be pretty heavy favorites in the rest of their district games, except the one against each other, which will likely decide the district championship.
