Happy to see Dayton get the win.

I attended most of the first half of this game. Then my granddaughter needed to go home. It was 7-0 Dayton when I left. It was evenly matched. I thought the the Green Devils could run it a little better and would probably prevail. Both teams played really hard.

You may be wondering why I was there with my 4 year old granddaughter. She is a pre schooler in Dayton and was in the homecoming parade. I would have stayed for it all had I been alone.

The Dayton team we (Brossart) played on opening night played hard and showed potential. Happy to see some of that potential come to fruition in the form of a W.

Girl kicker was 2 of 2 on PATs and kicked a FG and was Homecoming Queen. Big night.
