Can Raceland win on the road in Ohio? There defense has pitched two straight shutouts.

What has happened to Valley? I know when we played them two years ago they were really good.

Was told three years back, this was expected.

The person said it was felt this would get worse before it gets better.

So far, this person has been correct.

I checked the maxpreps site on Valley (Valley High School (Lucasville, OH) Football | MaxPreps ) and they are 1-2 w / one loss to an unbeaten team. I will give the Rams the edge but am not as convinced as my bgp friend NCF above. I do hope that he's right, though.

I'll say Raceland by 10.

 

btw ... the same person that has pick the Rams opponent each and every game has picked Valley ....so that's a good sign for the Rams ...:jump:

Rams by what they want, imo. I think they will be a little flat out of the gate, but will find their stride

One comment that I have about Raceland's offensive attack would be that I would like to see the Rams run out the 2 back set more than they do. Every time they use 2 RB's instead of the single, it seems to me that are far more effective than with a single back. W / 1 back defenses can key on / stop that far more effectively. When running two backs, at times Raceland can seem practically unstoppable...and btw, that's JMO and not a complaint. I'm well aware that our fine coach / staff know Far More than I on what's best for this team than I .

Rams by a few scores.

Valley's come down quite a bit from the great team they had a couple of years ago. Raceland's coming along nicely, especially on defense. I agree with @STEEL_CURTAIN88, 35-7 sounds about right.
