Kentucky 45 Central Michigan 36

I have to give a shout out to this kid they brought in at QB midway the first half. He was an exceptional athlete.

LeFevour ( a redshirt Frosh?) was very mobile and hurt KY so many times, not just through the air, but also when he flushed. We failed to get very much pressure on him, but when we did, it seemed he would slip our grasp and break out for 10-15 yards and a first down every time. The kid had lots of moxy and I liked the way he handled himself.

I can't wait for the day when our front 4 puts pressure on the QB.

Did anybody else see Bobby Perry and 3 other UK players (I couldnt see them from were I was at) there last night... Jared Lorenzen was there also.

I have seen Perry at every game during halftime so far this year, usually with a couple of the freshmen. It's nice to see the basketball players supporting the football team.:thumb:

I think the let down on D was a show of how young they are. They had a huge lead and put in to cruise control a little early. Once a team does that it is hard to get going again, but they held on and got the W. Even the announcers on the delayed broadcast made a comment early about the big lead. It happens. They will be ready for SC.

As "bad" as UK looked, UK will beat Georgia this year, mark my words.

I'm trying to keep the excitement of beating Texas St., Ole Miss and Central Michigan (all at home) in check.

How can you give up 26 points to UF in the swamp and then give up 36 to Central Michigan at home, in a game you almost definitely have to win if you expect to be in the running for a bowl bid? Color me extremely skeptical, to put it mildly.

Have you seen Florida's offense? It isn't the best in the world. Central Michigan put up 24 on BC and 17 on Michigan. They aren't bad.

 Now those are big words, there!
