Trinity and Cincy X are the only two teams that will be favored over the Tigers. PRP will give the Tigers all they can handle, but X should be able to handle Male this year similar to last year.

St. X's win over Catherdral is looking pretty impressive still, national 24th ranked Pickerington Central (OH) only beat Cathedral by 5 Friday. I'm not sure anybody left on St. X's schedule has much of a chance to beat them other than Trinity.

That is a winless Catherdral Irish squad three games into 2017!

The Bulldogs and Tigers did play regular season games in 2013-14. Saint Xavier outscored Fairdale 91-12. I forgot they were district opponents in 1999 and 2000. 108-18 was the cumulative tally for those two games.

 

Next week marks the tenth consecutive season the Tigers and the Central Yellowjackets have hooked up on the gridiron. I'll save my comments and facts about this for another thread next week.

Sorry, passive aggressive knock on the transfers. We were never scheduled to play New Albany. Hope X and Trinity are undefeated in few weeks.
