Who is a new head coach of a school that is doing well?

I'd have to say Bill Baldridge at Rowan gets my vote

Lets define "new" so the thread can mature as you hoped.

I would have to put Randy Borchers of Ludlow into this catergory. He is in his first year of being a head coach and he has been doing a great job with the program at Ludlow.

I don't think you can quantify how much Bart Bruner has done for Nelson County. You kind of have to be here to understand.

Chester McCoy at Magoffin County is doing an outstanding job!

:fight: Jaeggers at Mercer bbbbbwwwwwaaaaahhhh:ylsuper: :ylsuper: :fight:.... this is his first year at Mercer consildated....

Seriously though, i think that Rowan's new coach Baldridge is doing a great job.

I have to give Randy Borchers a high rating in his first year. He has done a very nice job at Ludlow.

Randy is a class guy and is going great with the Panthers.
