I go six pages through this thread, and this is the song that comes up with that title, and not a particularly amazing one by a certain purple guy? I'm not mad at you; I'm just disappointed. I sentence you all to go dig out your copies of "Sign'O The Times" and listen to it on continuous loop for about three times. Make sure to take note of the tune "Forever In My Life" at the end of side 2 of record 1 (last song on Disc 1 for you CD neanderthals).
August 4, 20179 yr "Bad Time" by Grand Funk Railroad bears mention. But this is one of those rare circumstances where the cover version is far superior to the original. Gary Louris and Mark Olsen are so great together. Incredible harmonies, even on a sloppy live set. Here's a link to their studio cover.

I'm not surprised that people can knee-jerkingly disregard Harry Styles considering his bubble-gum boy band past, and all the "Love to hate One Dimension... cough cough...I mean Direction" fad thing that surrounded them, but all that aside, it's not really a bad tune, and album wise it's more of a relaxed 70's throwback sound showing growth in his career, which has me even expecting more interesting things from him in the future. Another band mate from One Direction Niall Horan recently came out with his first solo single "This Town" and I absolutely love it. It's not at all a bad tune. Here...check it out... Also, I want that Taylor guitar he's playing. I bought one just like it about 15 years ago but freaked at how much I paid for it and returned it. I really should have kept it because it's the best sounding acoustic that I've ever played. It almost felt like it played itself. I'll never forgive myself for that.
