For some reason I believe conservatives just like to throw around debt when they don't want to pay for something. Most universal healthcare countries spend less per person than the United States does currently. Universal healthcare would hopefully end much of the waste of funding or curtail overpricing in the healthcare industry. I would think a college/vocational tuition program would be something conservatives would support to create more trained and capable taxpayers. I guess I'm always wrong.
