Top Back-court in the state??

Featured Replies

Although he doesn't usually play guard, Mason County's Darius Miller sometimes does - particularly on defense. Along with Russ Middleton, this makes for a decent guard combo.

Not as good as Scott County, but pretty good.

Jefferson/Hill. Both are big and athletic, and have the experience to go along.

I agree with you that they are athletic, but big they are not.

Jefferson is around maybe 6'0" and Hill is 6'1". This is not considered a big back-court by any stretch of the imagination

Its Hamilton and Beckham at Ballard. Johnson and Hudson combo is only half legit since Hudson cannot hit a jumper outside of 3 feet from the basket. Hands-down the best backcourt in the state is Scott County's Walls and Mackey. Don't think the Faulkners would make a legit top 30 list in top backcourts in KY.

Mackey-Walls Scott County

Beckham-Hamilton Ballard

Britt-Anderson Warren Central

Jefferson-Hill Cov Holmes

Beaumont-Karree Male

And I am not sure who the running partner is with PG Shelvin Mack, but I would venture to say whoever it is along with Mack they would be TOP 10 as well.

Hill/Jefferson are around the #5 spot, not the top 2.

1. Walls/Mackey - Scott County

2. Johnson/Beckam - Lou. Ballard

3. Proffit/Hammonds - South Laurel

4. Britt/Anderson - Warren Central

5. Jefferson/Hill - Holmes

Ok, you forgot to say IMO.
