September 26, 200619 yr He threw 4tds and they won.... Winning is the name of the game... You play to win the game. IMO its a horrible decision to start him so early, esp after a hold out.
September 26, 200619 yr Author Carson Palmer turned it over only one less time... but because the Bengals won, he wasn't made into a goat over it. You're smart enough to know that one is a chronic fumbler and that's a problem.

September 26, 200619 yr Carson Palmer turned it over only one less time... but because the Bengals won, he wasn't made into a goat over it. There's usually not a goat on a winning team. Furthermore, Palmer had 4 TD passes to go with his to's. Add to that that AZ has high draft pick QB with a potentially bright future waiting in the wings, and Cincy doesn't. All that being said, I really don't understand the point you were attempting to make.
September 27, 200619 yr Author All QBs are chronic fumblers when hit. He is the biggest fumbler since Dave Kreig. His thumb is in such bad shape that anytime the wind blows hard, the ball pops out. He ends way too many drives with fumbles and INTs.
September 27, 200619 yr I'd say Warner and Favre are the best at fumbling while attempting a pass, like Cshs81 said, his thumb has been a major problem since he injured it in St. Louis.
September 28, 200619 yr I realize his thumb has been a problem, but there watch the replays- any QB would have better than even odds of coughing it up when he did.
