UofL v. UK Super Regional (JUN 9-11) Predictions

Featured Replies

Thompson has started both games against UofL this season and not done well. I just don't think he's the best option if you're wanting to get the series started off right.

It is easy for me to say this in hindsight, but I think they should have went with Lewis. After Hjelle had to go on Monday night, I'm totally okay with him going on Saturday. Thompson is a really good young pitcher, but having faced Louisville twice and then going again is an odd choice. Kentucky should have went Lewis, Hjelle, then Thompson and/or anyone else left in the bullpen on Sunday.

Cats were able to bring the tying run to the plate in the 9th, but fall 5-2.

Going to take an epic upset to reach Omaha now.

Not upset with this. Making it to the Super Regional was huge for this UK team and gives loads of hope and excitement for the future. UofL is just too much for UK at the moment but if you think about it, UK is now where UofL was five to seven or so years ago.

It won't be an epic upset to win tomorrow's game. It'll be difficult to win two though.

UK looks overwhelmed early in today's game. Not sure if it was nerves or what

UK lost their season when they blew it in the SEC tournament and lost there national seed

UK has overachieved this year. This is gravy.
