June 5, 20179 yr Author Those darn selfish, racist, islamaphobic Poles, only looking out for the well being of their citizens. Whats wrong with them? Open your borders and let the violence roll in. Be like the rest of Europe. I saw an interview with Susan Rice on one of the sunday Morning shows where she stated "There is no evidence that a travel ban would reduce terror attacks". Of coarse, the MSM moderator would never confront her with this kind of data and analysis.
June 5, 20179 yr Has the data on this been verified by a second party? My fear is that it is accurate but thought I would hold out that it is "invented" information for political purposes.
June 5, 20179 yr I am going to draw some conclusions, but I need more information. I've seen this map floating around, but does anyone have a link to the data source? What time period does this assess? Also, what are Lithuania's migration policies? Or Slovakia's? And does net migration change our opinion of this map? Poland lost nearly 100,000 residents over the last ten years because their backward, stagnated economy necessitated many Poles having to leave to find work elsewhere in the EU. Migrants may not head for countries where there'a no chance of work once they get there.
June 5, 20179 yr Why Poland doesn’t want refugees – POLITICO My favorite part of this article: “We’ll never close the door to orphans,” said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, adding “but let the young men fight for the freedom of their countries.”

June 6, 20179 yr Poland: No Muslim Immigrants Means No Terror Attacks Is Poland a closed border? According to this article they are a part of the Schengen Agreement and along with almost all of Europe are an open border country. Schengen Agreement - Wikipedia Since the recent immigration crisis some restrictions have been placed in some countries. In 2016, border controls were temporarily reintroduced in seven Schengen countries (Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Poland and Sweden).[13][14] This was a response to the European migrant crisis. Portugal has since reintroduced checks several times along the border with Spain, during the UEFA Euro 2004 championships and when Portugal hosted the NATO 2010 Lisbon summit. The most recent checks were temporarily reintroduced on the border from May 10th, 2017 to May 14, 2017, during Pope Francis's visit to Fátima, Portugal.[15 As you can see, there are some countries putting in restrictions that are still having terror problems. I'm not sure it's as simple as this article wishes to suggest.
