The score will be a big as LC wants it. Lincoln is loaded with talent this year. 2 GREAT high school backs surrounded by a good supporting cast that has played and had success together since their middle school days. Barring any major injuries, I really don't see another close game for LC until playoff time. The rest of their district is shaping up to be average at best. A 9-1 regular season record is very realistic.

On a different note.

 

Lincoln County started playing McCreary Central because they were in the same AAA district a few years ago. They were brought back on the schedule recently to lighten up the competition some while Lincoln County got the train back on track. This apparently weaker opponent may be a problem for Lincoln County here in the middle of District play if the Patriots cannot maintain their rhythm and be tested for 48 minutes like they will be in the coming weeks (GRC, North Laurel, Montgomery County, Madison Central).
