D-1 players in the 9th region

Why won't anyone believe that he is 6"3, at least. It is coming from a source very close to Holmes athletics (fballstud) and a supporter of their biggest rival (me).

A true 6'3 is a stretch at smallforward in D1. Can he play the 2? his size would be more typical of that position.

Yes. FBALL puts him at a 3 but I like him more as a 2 guard. Has a good midrange, knows how to take it to the hoop, and has the strength to matchup with SG's three inches taller than him and/or overpower the smaller ones.

A D1 small forward is 6'4''+. At 6'3'', he is going to need to primarily play SG.

He is not 6ft 3in! How do I know this? Because I was close enough to slap Austn in the face (lol) just a month ago and he was my height 6ft 1in maybe and a half.

I saw him durning the month of July at several basketball tounaments , and Austin is not 6'3 or 6'4 , he's a very strong player though .

If Austin is only 6'1 then I'm about 5'9. I personally am 6'1 and Austin is still a little bigger than me. I was just talking to him Friday night and he is bigger than 6'1. Lexie Brown is 6'5 and Austin is almost big as Lexie. Trust me he has gotten a lot bigger and stronger from last year. They were standing next to eachother and thats when I thought that wow maybe he is taller than 6'1.

:thumb: Austin would most likely play the 1 or 2 in college, but definetly has the ability and strength to play a 3. He held his own the times he guarded Bill Walker last year and even blocked 2 or 3 of his shots.

Austin is a good player but NO where the level Bill Walker is at. I don't think anyone would consider someone holding their own when they allow another player to get 50 points and 25 rebounds as Walker did last year.

As far as Austin being anywhere from 6'3"- 6'5" is wishful thinking. Too many people on here have stated seeing Austin recently, including myself, and have confirmed he is no bigger than 6'1" - 6'1 1/2".

Last time I say this. Austin is not 6'3 or 6'4. And he may have the ability to play the 3 position but cant because of his size. Even at the two he will be guarding people bigger than him at a d-1 school most of the time. And he is not on the same level as a Walker, so please dont put him there.

Didn't Bill Walker score 50 points and grab 25 rebounds? I doubt ANYBODY "held their own" against BW...
