What I am hearing too..

Including golf, archery, and bass fishing? Are they building a golf course with a huge fishing lake and archery range too? Geeze must be nice to be a 6A school. :lol2:

 

Well, Southwind is right across the Boonesboro Road. That will cover your golf course and the lake. Don't know about the archery though. LOL!

When I was an AD we would have our spring meeting for the Region & would have open discussion & vote on where we were going to host Regional Basketball. We would then submit where we were hosting the Region to the KHSAA & that was it.

 

Commissioner Tackett was never at these meetings & didn't have any input on where we were looking to host. We always were looking at venues that could handle the spectator capacity, offered enough parking & were available during the timeframe we needed.
