Students have arrived in Detroit via the bus provided an NKU alumni. Also saw that University Housing sent up some vans full of students as well.

Watch parties at Barleycorn's, Skyline Tavern, Longnecks, etc.

Friends have been blowing up my phone, FB timeline, and Twitter all day.

Should be a fun one tonight!

It would be hard to find anyone who predicted that Milwaukee and Northern Kentucky would be in the Horizon League Championship however, after Oakland, Valparaiso, and Green Bay all exited the tournament early, the Horizon Championship really became a wide-open race. Milwaukee struggled on defensive end throughout the regular season ranking 161st in scoring defense and 310th in defensive FG%, however have held their opponents in the Horizon Tournament to just 56.3 ppg. Northern Kentucky has had a solid season and come into this matchup ranked 106th in scoring offense, 97th in FG%, and 79th in three-pointers made per game. Milwaukee always seems to show up to play in the Horizon Tournament, highlighted when they won the Horizon Championship as a 5-seed in 2014, however, Northern Kentucky offense has looked outstanding as of late and as I think the Panthers defense will have trouble repeating their recent success as they’ll be playing their 4th game in 4 days, I’m taking Northern Kentucky to cover this spread.

Lucky Duck Pub in Taylor Mill is offering 15% off your tab tonight if you have a current or former NKU student ID or a graduation photo.

Heard that there were so many people that showed up at BB&T hoping to go up on the bus that they rented out additional transportation to shuttle students up.

Maybe it's just me, but if I were 4 hours away from the biggest game of my life, I'd probably not be too worried about what people are saying about me on Twitter. :idunno:

Don't worry, this is what Jeremiah lives for. He will be ready tonight.

In an hour and a half I'll be in Detroit with my brother. In just less than three hours we'll be sitting third row at midcourt watching the Norse tip for a chance to go to the NCAA Tournament!!
Safe travels. Don't drink the water.
