In a game like this, I feel it can go either way. When it's like that, I tend to go with the player who I think can take over the game individually. I'll go with Faulkner and the Titans.

I have no clue who will win. I know when they met in the regular season Mercer County won by 10 and I think Trevon Faulkner was in foul trouble part of that game. I also think Pulaski County had a lot of guys in foul trouble also. The refs have been letting the kids play this tournament and I expect the same tomorrow. I have no clue who will win but I will be there.

Tip of the cap to Coach Young. He has done a phenomenal job getting Mercer County back to the Region finals. At the beginning of the season I was in the camp that Mercer County would not be in this position. I was wrong. Big time. Coach Young did a fantastic job this season and arguably should be the COY in the 12th.

Before tourney, I would've leaned towards Pulaski but I really like the collective toughness/effort that Mercer plays with. I think it'll be a great game with Mercer winning because of their bench depth and commitment on the defensive end of the floor.

After coming in behind an amazing season, Coach Young should be 12th Region COY. It's apparent when you watch them play how bought in they are, and committed to his defensive style.
