Other Great Rivalries

I heard someone say that there were around 7,000 at the Russell vs Ashland game this season. Not sure if thats correct but it seems close and with some of the recent games between these two teams, and the distance they are apart makes for a great atmosphere.

there are always battles up on the river among the little class A schools that don't get too much pub but are intense rivalries...

Bellevue/Dayton

Ludlow/Bellevue

:thumb: :thumb: :thumb: These three are all great rivalries. I mean just look at these Ludlow and Bellevue threads from last week, all the talk is still going on. And I expect it will be the same when Dayton and Bellevue, and Ludlow and Dayton play. I know I cant wait for the Ludlow vs. Dayton game this year it should be a war and it will have the playoffs on the line!

St X/Male is actually a pretty great rivalry, extending all the way back to 1924.
