Lady Royals and Lady Camels clash in the semifinal of the 10th Region tournament at 7:30 at Harrison County High School. Mason County is coming off a 72-26 routing of the Harrison Co Lady Thorobreds in the 1st round, while Campbell County hit a game winner to escape Bourbon County in their first round matchup.

 

 

These teams previously met January 28th at the Fieldhouse with the Lady Royals wining 51-44.

 

 

Who advances to face GRC/Nicholas County in the finals on Saturday night?

This matchup also features the past two Regional Champions, Mason Co in 2015 and Campbell in 2016.

As I've stated before (although my mind's changed a little I'm sticking to it) - Campbell Co. upsets the Lady Royals in the semi's and will face GRC in the finals.

I think the key for Campbell County in this is to stay out of foul trouble, if they have to play their bench a lot it won't be good for them, but if their starters can play majority of the game they have a good shot.
