Jumper_Dad
This says CNN grew as compared to 2015. Fox News Most Watched Basic Cable Channel in 216; CNN, MSNBC See Big Gains For the Year | Mediaite All cable news grew with the election cycle against a non election year. I think the point being made, as I am sure you know, is that CNN ratings and percentage of viewers to their programming has dropped. IMO, CNN is at its best when it is breaking news and reporting news. Their biased editorial comments is what I think have driven away casual viewers. CNN has always been my "Go to" for "News", but they seem to no longer be in that business, which is fine. I'll just get more and more news online and less and less from TV.
