A win against a 17-11 greenwood team does not impress me enough to say they should be ranked that high.

Trying to find something to help his case.

They have beaten Taylor County, Mercer County, North Hardin, Greenwood, Larue County. I am A Hardin County guy but believe that if you beat everyone on your schedule, night in, night out, you should be rewarded. They will be tested in regions and state.

They are ranked #12 this week and every team ranked above them has beaten a top 10 team at least once this season. Every single team ranked higher than them has at least one high quality win this season. Adair County hasn't beaten a top 10 this season and to date their best win is over North Hardin. #12 is their reward for what has been a great season for them so far.

But not if they haven't played anybody. I could come up with a schedule to win 25 games but doesn't mean the team is a top 10 team. As @PurplePride92 said in his post every team ahead of them have beaten a top 10 team.

No way to defend the schedule. It is what it is. In Coach Breeze' defense, a majority of these games were under contract when he arrived. I will give credit to him for doing what he could in some games that were cancelled (weather, etc.). He picked up North Hardin and Bryan Station. I know at least 3 "big time" teams that were attempted to be scheduled after these cancellations that were not able to be done for whatever reason.
