Cincinnati 57 Tulsa 55

Featured Replies

Trailed 9-0 to start the game, only to come back to have it tied at the half. (30-30)

Trailed 52-41 with 5:46 left and down 7 with 249 left when Evans hit a 3 to make it 54-50.

Washington made a jumper with 1:35 left to cut the Tulsa lead to 2 then Troy Caupain got an and one with :43 seconds left to tie it at 55. UC gets a turnover and Caupain hits a 19 footer with 4 seconds left to win it. Still trying to figure out how the hell Cincinnati got out of there with the W with how poorly they played. (18-51 FG- 35% ... 6-24 3FG- 25%)

Bearcats keep on rolling. I'll be working the game against UConn on Saturday. Last one I'm scheduled for unless they add me to a few others.

Tulsa is a competitive team especially at home. Good win for UC. Its going to be tough for them to stay up for every game the rest of the way just because of the schedule and the AAC not being as strong as in previous years. They have the opportunity to win out and will need to in order to keep a top 4 seed.

Glad they got out of there with a win...this was the type of game we have been all to familiar with in past years but thank goodness (as GT has pointed out), the Cats are better this year on the offensive end than in the past. Nice that they could have a clunker on the offensive end but get a road win...

They could lose at SMU but win the conference tourney and still get a 3-4 seed. That would put them at 31-3 heading in to the NCAA tourney.

I thought they ran the offense well for the most part, they just missed way more open shots than usual. Add in Tulsa working the shot clock every trip, and you get the dreaded battle in the 50s. Still need to execute better on the road on that end, but they did just enough to get on the plane with a W...
