January 25, 20179 yr Author They are making new rulings on something that happened in 2008? Remind me not to watch the Olympics if this is how they do business. I think they are constantly retesting samples as new test are made available to catch what they missed back in the day. Maybe there should be a statute of limitations on it of 4 years or 8 years.
January 25, 20179 yr I think they are constantly retesting samples as new test are made available to catch what they missed back in the day. Maybe there should be a statute of limitations on it of 4 years or 8 years. I understand but all it does is expose widespread cheating in the Olympics which means I have little interest in watching. I also agree it is a Catch-22.
