Worked very closely with them from design through construction, and had a great experience dealing with them. Rich and Chip were stand-up folks as far as my experience has gone. I will say, there's no doubting that it's really hard to succeed in business without stepping on someone's toes, though.

Obviously I cant go into details, but lets just say the relationship with their prior franchises wasnt a good one.
