Trump inauguration ratings second biggest in 36 years

Same here. Swing shifts has taken about 3-5 off of me. On midnights my eating patterns are irregular. I start day shift tomorrow for a month so that means 3 meals a day and beer at night. I'll gain 10 pounds this month.

Low carb high fat, little to no carbs. Great tasting recipes out there. Drink a tequila shot or two instead of beer or drink vodka. Dropped from 238 to 224 in 2 weeks. Hit the gym hard every night. I'm 5 ft 7. Getting to 200 and building it back solid to 220 or so. 200 was my playing weight.

It becomes a partisan issue when the right whines for 8 years about the Obama administration being liars and now all of sudden lying is acceptable once control switches parties. I'll remember this next switch. I'm ready now. I spent 8 years trying to rationalize what was being said but apparently lying is cool I just never knew. All right. Rules are known. Let's rock!
How many times did you complain about Obama's press secretaries lying over the past 8 years? Any? You will find very few conservatives who will approve of any press secretary lying. What you are seeing is the reaction to liberals suddenly taking issue with a lying press secretary because their party is no longer in power.

I was very vocal in criticizing Donald Trump's lack of honesty throughout the primaries and through most of the general campaign. (Mostly on another political forum because I was not yet a member here.) I do not understand how anybody can enthusiastically support a dishonest presidential candidate (or sitting president), but that is what most Obama supporters have done for the past 8 years. It seems hypocritical to me for those who had no complaints with the dishonesty of Obama and his administration for 8 years to start hammering a Trump press secretary for lying on the first day of a new administration.

When Trump or his appointees get caught lying, which I am sure they will, you will not see me defending them for lying. I just wish that every American citizen and our news media would raise expectations to the point that every liar in public office was called out with equal gusto. We are paying these liars, just as we were paying the Obama liars for the past 8 years.

I can't do tequila. Makes me insane. I only do tequila on my birthday and I go hard as hell then. I do like vodka though. I'm 5'9 and shrinking. Sitting around 210 right now. Only working, sleeping and going to my son's basketball games so that means tons of fast food and Red Bull. A doctor would shame me if they did blood work on me right now. I can feel my body drifting into an unhealthy state from time to time. I need to be better. I'm getting old. At the least I need to be out walking more and getting some form of exercise before it is too late.

None. But as I mentioned earlier I fell in the 1/3 that believed everything they said. I think perspective and politics goes a long way into believing what is said as well as wanting to believe what is said. If you hear something said long enough it ceases to become a lie at a certain point. No one knows what is real or fake anymore and with that sentence I fell into a totally different 1/3.

1/3 believes what they say.

1/3 doesn't believe anything they say.

1/3 doesn't know what is real and is indifferent.

@Getslow pointed that out earlier and I have seen other allude to this phenomenon as well. It actually has a name and it makes so much sense.

Blood work by the doctor is what got me... Omega 3 fish oil supplements everyday raised my good cholesterol 6points. Try coconut oil to fry in( fish, chicken) also teaspoon in your coffee. Got that tip from a crosstraining hulk freak of nature. Sugar will literally kill you. 100 times Worse than fat. Keep your carbs less than 50 you will have more energy and feel healthier. Have to stay alive. I enjoy our little arguements. Pm me if you really want the scoop on low carb eating it works if you stay with it. Still get a cheat day once a week to pig out. You'll find you don't really want to after a while.

Blood work was what got me too. When they say your glucose is pre-diabetic it gets your attention. @PurplePride92 since you seen me I have lost 50 to date. As a matter of fact I have lost 42 since December 13.

If I ruled MSM, I'd not report one thing about this administration. I'd not come to the press conferences, not pick up stories in the wire, nothing. I'd just let him tweet out a daily update. At least then he couldn't say that MSM lied or released fake news.

So do you think the MSN doesn't lie or release fake news?

Wow, that's a lot of weight loss for five weeks.

It's all that happy dancing he's been doing.

It's not that difficult to discern most lies from the truth, but the desire to do so must be there. Being lied to is an extreme show of disrespect. It doesn't matter to me who is doing the lying, I feel disrespected. I hope that I never become so devoted to a politician that I cannot see their obvious faults.

I much prefer to have questions go unanswered as for them to be answered dishonestly. I expect many things to improve over the next four years, but the integrity of the White House Press Secretary is not one of them.

I certainly did not do it "My Way".

It's all that happy dancing he's been doing.

And I've put on a few ... All that eating to make myself feel better after all that crying and lamenting I've been doing. :)
