Michigan at 4? They do understand that they lose literally their entire defense. Every starter is gone. Haha Michigan could be fantastic next year but there is no way to know that right now. They could be 12-0 or 6-6. No one knows.

USF at 20. With who they have coming back and their schedule, South Florida should be next year's Western Michigan. That will be a lock, if Brian Jean-Mary can sure up that defense.
