OSU might make the bottom half of the top 8 in my playoff bracket. Just sayin..

Here's the thing NO other school in the country is calling for Warriner or Beck, that's a problem.

Well I been saying it the last 2 years. OSU was very fortunate JT got hurt 2 years ago, because they wouldn't have won the title 2 years ago with JT, they never beat Bama. JT is very good, but he is not a good enough passer to get them all the way. It's why they didn't make it last year, why they didnt win their conference and why things don't look good tonight.

 

Jones ability to throw NFL type intermediate and deep routes when Bama loaded the box was the difference. I think we have seen now over the last 2 years JT while very good, his inconsistent ability to stretch the defense and pass the ball well enough hurts them.

I disagree because that was a different JT. But I'm with you though I was always more of a Cardale guy. Good thing OSU has Haskins who is a more accurate, more mobile Cardale. Even if JT stays I think Haskins wins the starting job next year. He is a pure passer.

I still hope this guy wins the starting QB job next season.

But if you look at most of the losses OSU has had under Urban and the carries that our stud RBs have received, it's small compared to the amount they usually receive or should receive.

 

Hyde and Zeke should've been fed 20+ times in those games, and Weber is next in line in that lineage and deserves near 20.

Warriner needs to go back to being O line only. Studrawa is not getting the job done and Warriner clearly has no idea what he is doing. Beck is an odd one. He has developed relationships with so many recruits and is one of the best recruiter if not the best recruiter OSU has on staff. But no one can deny how much JT has regressed under his tutelage.

Except OSU is the youngest team in the country and their practice squad could dominate UK. OSU is lucky to be at the playoff this year

I love Burrow too, but Haskins is simply a better football player. At least from what I've seen of their high school careers. I know Burrow being the Ohio kid is a great story and all, but Haskins is a different animal.

How did this team only lose 1 game? Haha this team is pretty similar to Urbans first team at OSU. Somehow they went 12-0 but they were so young and so inexperienced everyone knew if they played a halfway decent team all year they would lose so nobody wants to talk about it so it's a good thing they were bowl ineligible.

Meyer is friends with Chip Kelly. I also think this is JT's last game as a Buckeye more than likely.

Trust me he's not the only one. Read some OSU sites and you will see that people have been rooting for JT to leave after this year basically the whole season.
