This video exploded on FB last night (at least in my circle). It really helps us non-millennials understand millennials in the workplace.

 

Its not a bashing video it explains the situation very well.

 

15 minutes - but worth every minute of it.

 

 

 

Not sure if this is Controversial but wanted to share. Its really good.

He's got some good points especially that we ADULTS created these "entitled" kids and social media disconnects people from society like a drug.

 

At the same time we are talking about kids that are just reaching the age of 22. We may be expecting a little much.

I expect someone reaching the age of 22 to not be considered a kid anymore.

Very interesting and corporations need this info to move forward. Successful companies will figure this out or have figured it out.

 

No need to blame, understand who/what you have and make it work.

Tell that to those who were 22 and younger who stormed the beaches in Europe and the Pacific in WWII and climbed out the trenches in WWI.
