Its not a bashing video it explains the situation very well. 15 minutes - but worth every minute of it. Not sure if this is Controversial but wanted to share. Its really good.

December 30, 20169 yr Very interesting and corporations need this info to move forward. Successful companies will figure this out or have figured it out. No need to blame, understand who/what you have and make it work.

Tell that to those who were 22 and younger who stormed the beaches in Europe and the Pacific in WWII and climbed out the trenches in WWI.
