Love me some Anthony Wales...........not well known PG, but not many better.

Wales is outstanding. Put his team on his back today.

Great high school game. Largest lead of the game was 8 in 1st quarter when Fern Creek was ahead 25-17. From that point on it was Fern creek by about 3-6 points until the 4th quarter when Christian County completed a comeback and took a 3 point lead with about a minute to go. Then Wales scored 7 straight in the closing moments of the game to get the lead back in the final seconds. Wales and Moore were 13-13 from the free throw line and the rest of the team was 4-11 which almost allowed Christian County the win. Both teams deserve their early rankings, two good teams.

Fern Creek vs. Trinity in a rematch Sunday at 6.

KING OF THE BLUEGRASS: FERN CREEK 73, CHRISTIAN COUNTY 68

The only shots Jaylen Sebree missed from the floor were two 3 point shots (0-2) and one other field goal. He scored 17 on 7-10 and if not for foul trouble in the 1st half when he went to the bench with 3, he would have scored mid twenties. He had his way going to the rack.
