TN finally on the scoreboard with a field goal, KY 17 TN 3 less than 2 min left first half

Tennessee's special teams are just killing them. First the kickoff return touchdown, then the first time the get into KY territory snap goes over punters head back across midfield and tackled. Then a tipped punt, a punt where punter bobbles ball and is tackled, another where he fumbles and recovered in endzone for TD.

Also Kentucky's defense is playing great, stopping the run and pressuring the QB.

KY defense has been dominant, Central's LB and a big kid from Johnson Central tearing them up

 

That would be DE Josh Ervin, kid can flat play. Had 47 tackles for loss and 23 sacks on their championship team. I think he had 3 sacks in the finals.

Thank goodness for these All-Star games. Otherwise, this young man's highschool career ends, not in a red helmet as it should, but instead watching from the sidelines in street clothes. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this young man play and wish him the best going forward.

Jordan Scott wore #59 and played right guard for a bunch of offensive series. The whole OL was big on the KY team and they came to play.
