This is happening a few miles from my mom's house, I have an Aunt and Cousin that both live on the edge of Knightstown.

 

This town is so "Small Town America" that the local high school gym was used as the home gym for the "Hickory Huskers" in the movie Hoosiers.

 

Businesses and Citizens are really trying to upset this guy who says he, "Was forced to come into unwelcome contact" with the display, causing him "irreparable harm." The locals are putting crosses everywhere in the town in response to him, in windows of businesses on lawns...pretty any place they can put them. If he drives or walks through town, I'm sure he will collapse into seizures or some sort of fits and just roll around on the ground, upon seeing all of the Crosses in Knightstown now.

Cross was removed from the tree, city basically said they could not afford to fight the suit.

 

For the guy that said he was caused harm seeing it, well he better stay in the house. Citizens have put up 100's of crosses throughout the small town.

Over 600 crosses made and passed out in town now.

I saw a sign that said 1 came down and 1000 went up. A uncle that lives on the edge of town put another one up in his yard, already had one up on the house.
