The Black Devils missed out on the trifecta for this week, but are still off to a strong 2-1 start.

Don't sleep on the Black Devils... with PK at the helm, they'll be very well prepared every night.

Don't know too much about Villa other than they have a stud who is one of the schools all time leading scorers. May be able to pick up and win or two that will raise eyebrows when you consider what Villa usually has.

Villa Madonna is a very fundamentally sound team that has a solid 5/6 players. Schutzman and McIntyre are two great scoring guards.

 

Black Devils were down 10-15 most of second half and fought back and tied it at 65. VM got an offensive outback with 7 secs left to get the 67-65 win.

 

Hopefully we can learn how to win these close games and use this experience to get better as the young season progresses.
