Since the season will be officially kicking off on Monday and a few of us are excited that the season is finally here, what are the must see games this week?

Holmes/Mason Co. very early season game should be a dandy.

That is actually week two. Girls only plays one game week 1 at Dixie Heights on Saturday, Dec. 3. But Holes and Mason Monday at Fieldhouse will be a good one.

The Hoops for Harvest at Dixie next Saturday should a great day of basketball. Some of the top teams in Kentucky and a number of top ranked teams from out of state. 60 division 1 prospects and a bunch of college coaches will be there.

Mercer County plays Hamilton Heights (Chatanooga TN) @ Dixie 12/3. Hamilton Heights is ranked top 20 nationally.

I think Sacred Heart will be ready for the pressure D this time around. Should be a competitive game.

It should be competitive. I think SH has the upper hand this year with their talent, but these two teams seem to always play each other well. HHS has a lot of new parts that I think they are still trying to feel out. (New players and some young talent coming together.) This is a tough first game match up for them. But I think they will be athletic enough to keep it close (Hopefully!).

Kidding, I typically try to do a recap. So will Passtheball (SH fan). We tend to be pretty close to watching the same game! LOL
