As an SK fan I would want Ryle to win for the rematch. I don't think SK can stop SC's running game.The rematch would be more favorable for SK to have a shot. That being said it depends on if SK gets by Lafayette which I see as a 60/40 shot in favor of Lafayette. By all accounts I see a Ryle moving on to play in the state semis.

Scott County is all about the run but Ryle's defense is awesome against the run. This will be won in the trenches. Ryle by 2, maybe 3 scores.

Have seen both play on film and in person. Saw Ryle early in the season and SC late in the season. Playing at Georgetown College will be an advantage to SC big time IMHO. Weather will be a consideration, as the better the weather, the advantage goes to Ryle and Morgan passing game. Ryle's "D's" is better than SC no doubt about that but Ryle just can't allow SC to control the clock.

 

IMO, the winner will be the team that makes the fewest mental errors and that will allow Ryle to win, as i think SC will make the mental mistakes in a tough, close and entertaining game.

The only thing I have to say to that is they haven't seen a running game as good as Scott Co this year. While Scott Co. has played a few teams with better defenses than Ryle.
