The big question will be what will the Republicans replace it with? Will it be more a change in name only than an actual repeal? How close will the Republican ACA be to the current ACA?
November 9, 20169 yr My first prediction, he will not prosecute or take action against Hillary Clinton. I truly believe she will be pardoned before he enters office. That would be the best at this point probably, keeps us from getting bogged down with her for the next few years.

My hope is that they repeal it and go back to what we used to have, while striving to come up with a better less outrageously expensive solution. Probably a pipe-dream, but who knows.
November 9, 20169 yr Will be interesting to see what he does with the Merrick Garland SCOTUS nomination as well. I assume he'll nominate his own choice instead.
November 9, 20169 yr - Build a team. He will not be able to count on old guard to fill spots like W did. And lots of bridges burned over there. - Not make Clinton corruption a spectacle, but get the facts, prosecute enablers. HRC or WJC will not see inside of a jail. - Get foreign policy and covert ops under control. The ME is a mess and Syria needs resolution ASAP. The war driven by pipeline and natural gas routes needs to end. - Line up justice nominees. On ACA - he should say. I am not going to repeal it without it being fixed or having a replacement and use it as vice to force Congress to at least start acting like a functioning body. Avoid word - mandate.
