November 4, 20169 yr I assume this is being rebroadcast? I was totally consumed by the WS even though I know I should have set the DVR. Word of advice, if they replay it, set you dvr for about 15 minutes after as mine cut off and I missed the last 10 or 15 minutes. Though, they probably would condense it to 3 hours. I think they replay it on one of the country music video stations.

November 4, 20169 yr If you like actual country music it was pretty poor outside of the first 10 minutes or so and the Dwight Yoakum / Chris Stapleton cover of Willie Nelson / Ray Charles. It could have been really great. But of course Alan Jackson and George Strait get to sing one verse of their songs while we get full preformances from the likes of Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, and Beyonce. Ugh. And don't get me started on the Pinnacle award which has only been given out three times, to Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift, and Kenny Chesney. Really? It's not who I would pick. I don't mind most of Garth and Kenny's stuff. Taylor was ok when she was actually trying to make country music which lasted maybe two albums if that.
